Beautiful intense, vivacious pink colour Full, fruity nose of red and black “sherbet” fruits. Mingling fragrances of fresh and preserved fruits Good balance in the mouth: lively start long and aromatic, fresh sensation. Very good structure with light tannins and a delicate smoothness on the palate.
PREPARING AND SERVING
The Rosé de Loire of Domaine des Rochelles is a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats and barbecues, with summer salads or chilled as an aperitif. Serving temperature : 8°C
CELLARING
Rosé de Loire and Cabernet d’Anjou are wines to be enjoyed now.
