Smooth at the start, aromatic and persistent. Good balance with volume, structure and freshness. PREPARING AND SERVING The Cabernet d’Anjou of Domaine des Rochelles is a perfect accompaniment to grills or barbecues, summer salads and melon, strawberries, sorbets. It can also be served chilled as an aperitif. Serving temperature 8°C CELLARING Rosé de Loire and Cabernet d’Anjou are wines to be enjoyed now.
