VINIFICATION

Harvest : Manual and machine (sorting and selection carried out in the cellar)
Vinification : Grapes de-stalked and pressed
Pellicular maceration for 15 days
Ageing : Matured in stainless steel tanks for one year

Beautiful robe, deep ruby colour
Generous nose with a rich maturity, with subtle notes of strawberries, raspberries, cherry preserves, with deliciously smoky crystallised fruits.
Very long and smooth, full at the beginning

Anjou Villages Brissac “Cabernet Franc” Domaine des Rochelles is a marvellous accompaniment to:
- Charcuterie
- Grilled and roast meat   

Serving temperature : 13°C


CELLARING   

This wine is perfect to drink now but will develop beautifully over a period of 1 to 3 years
