TASTING NOTES (by Didier Coutenceau - Oenologist)
Very attractive robe of pale straw and lime. Good, persistent effervescence. Fine columns of lively, delicate bubbles Attractive subtle, dainty bouquet of white flowers – acacia, may blossom and lime. Fresh, lively and continuous aromatic start, followed by strong flavours of ripe fruits, pear and plum. Full, silky body with a dry, slightly bitter sensation at the finish. Good effervescence throughout. Very good, well-balanced structure.
