TASTING NOTES (by Didier Coutenceau - Oenologist)

Crystal-clear robe Its powerful nose confirms its origins unequivocally but elegantly. A spring bouquet of broom flowers and boxwood with a mineral sensation tempered by an exotic whiff of lychee and passion fruit. The palate is confident with superb continuity, presence, minerality and refreshing harmony. Smooth and lively, the whole experience is crowned by generous persistence in the mouth.
