Vinification : Pellicular maceration for 12 hours, Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks
Ageing : In stainless steel tanks for 6 months

Beautiful clear robe
Bouquet evoking spring and exotic fragrances, of acacia and privet, smooth and vivacious.
Vigorous and tenacious fruity expression in the mouth. Fresh and aromatic, soft, long and delicate. A fine example of its terroir and millessime with excellent potential.
